The Rendezvous Hummingbird home showcases the perfect mountain sanctuary. Koelbel and Company is proud to partner with the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation and the 2025 Mighty Millions Raffle for the Grand Prize Showhome. From mountain adventures to in-community opportunities — the possibilities are endless.

This home offers 2,775 square feet of space to make your own. With dual primary suites, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and two living rooms it’s also the perfect place to host multiple generations of family and friends. The covered decks allow residents to make the most of the outdoors all year round while luxury touches such as the steam shower, heated garage, hot tub, and smart-enabled climate control elevate your everyday.

To experience the Mighty Millions Raffle Grand Prize showhome, tours are available from 10 AM to 5 PM Friday – Saturday, and 11 AM to 4 PM Sunday through May 9, 2025. To purchase Raffle Tickets, visit www.mightymillionsraffle.com. And be sure to tour all of our models when you visit!
