As Vice President of Finance, Dan focuses on structuring and capitalizing all of Koelbel’s commercial, retail, affordable, multifamily, and residential projects. In addition, he is expanding Koelbel’s debt and equity relationships. Dan chairs Koelbel’s Investment Committee which oversees capital allocation across the Koelbel business disciplines. Prior to joining Koelbel, Dan spent 15 years in commercial real estate banking and worked in capital raising and direct investing. Dan is a graduate of Creighton University and received an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
