As Director of Purchasing, John oversees product development with a focus on constructability and value engineering. He negotiates strategic partnerships with reputable suppliers and manufacturers to build quality homes for the lasting enjoyment of Koelbel buyers. John’s 29 years of experience in residential construction spans framing, project supervision, product design/development, purchasing and management. Prior to joining Koelbel in 2016, John spent 17 years with Writer/Standard Pacific Homes.
