Keri oversees the Koelbel commercial portfolio of office, retail, flex, multi-family and affordable properties in Metro Denver. With more than 35 years in the commercial property industry, Keri has served at a managerial level for a variety of firms including Inverness Properties, Richmark Companies, Alberta Development Partners, Hamilton Titan Partners and DTC Management, among others. She has managed a national portfolio with assets in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Utah, California, Oregon and Hawaii.
