As Vice President of Commercial Development, Luke primarily manages multifamily and various mixed-use developments through acquisition, entitlement, design, financing and construction. In addition, he helps source and manage the analysis and underwriting of potential acquisitions and future development.
Prior to joining Koelbel and Company in 2014, Luke was Relationship Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Wells Fargo where he generated new relationships within the Rocky Mountain region, closed new loan facilities and managed a large loan portfolio of multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. Luke also worked as Project Manager for Charter Builders/Balfour Beatty Construction estimating and managing commercial construction projects up to $35M.
