Peter oversees acquisitions and guides Koelbel Communities in creating highly successful in-fill projects in some of the hottest neighborhoods along the Front Range. A veteran Denver housing executive, Peter has cultivated new products and land acquisitions for a variety of prominent Colorado homebuilding and resort ventures during the past two decades. Peter holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He joined Koelbel in 2013.
