Tony joined Koelbel in 2017 with more than 20 years in construction in metro Denver and Front Range communities. He oversees construction effectiveness and monitors contractors’ performance, as well as coordinating with internal staff and government agencies. A U.S. Army veteran, Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Tarleton State University.
