Walt Koelbel

Walt, Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, joined Koelbel and Company in 2016 as a third generation real estate professional. He currently works on the development of Koelbel’s major commercial projects and is also spearheading Koelbel’s Investment Division and all value-add acquisitions, in Colorado and out of state.

Walt previously worked at CBRE as a financial analyst/consultant specializing in complex real estate planning and transaction assignments (domestically and internationally) and participated in strategy development for commercial real estate clients, conducting financial analyses and pro formas, plus one-off transactions. A licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, Walt is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in business management.
