Construction is officially underway at CityHomes at Boulevard One. Excavation is nearly complete on Building #1 of the Matador Series, an 8 unit building featuring 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom townhomes. Building 1 is south-facing, fronting Lowry Blvd between Niagara and Newport Streets, with alley access to a two car garage. The foundation is anticipated to be poured later this week.
