The Lowry Redevelopment Authority selected them to construct urban row homes on both sides of Lowry Boulevard from Oneida Court to Niagara Street. Boulevard One was formerly known as the Buckley Annex when it was owned by the Air Force and the site included the massive Air Force Finance Center, which has since been razed.
