The newest office building in Denver’s River North Art District features an unprecedented amount of private outdoor space across a series of patios that its developer says will attract a top-tier company to one of the city’s hottest neighborhoods.
Rising up next to Catalyst HTI, the innovative health-tech hub along Brighton Boulevard, is Watershed, a 167,000-square-foot office building with 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail that crews are slated to break ground on in 2020 and deliver in mid-2021. It will feature three stories of parking and five stories of office space.
