New Urban Address Plants Roots in Central Denver’s Most Popular Neighborhood
(Denver, Colo.) — January 19, 2017 – Koelbel Communities (KUH), the urban homebuilding arm of Koelbel and Company, announced today pre-sales of their newest urban address—The Vine Rowhomes— which embrace an urban vibe and the historical character of Central Denver’s Wyman Historic District with the modern sensibilities of a new home.
“We are always looking for urban infill projects that are going to improve upon Denver’s already great neighborhoods and embrace their individual history and identity,” said Senior Vice President at Koelbel and Company, Peter Benson. “With its modern interpretation of 1880s architecture, Vine slips right into the classic feel of the Wyman Historic District, one of Central Denver’s oldest neighborhoods.”
Located at Vine Street and 14th Avenue, Vine by KUH embraces everything about Central Denver. Homeowners will be just steps from Denver’s highest concentration of authentic ethnic restaurants, quirky shops, signature music venues, cultural gems and tree lined parks. Each building will feature a brick exterior, decorative cornices and a front porch for watching the city go by. Each home will feature free-flowing floor plans with large windows, energy efficient design, a rooftop deck, private courtyard and detached garage. A new canopy of shade trees will line both 14th Avenue and Vine Street to enhance the development’s green surroundings.
Vine’s 14 row homes will be in three separate buildings and stand at three stories, with the top floor lofts opening onto rooftop decks. Easy-flowing floor plans on the main level allow for generous living rooms, dining space and gourmet kitchens punctuated by central islands. The second- floor houses at least two bedroom suites and a laundry room. Full, unfinished basements come standard – ideal for a family rec room and an additional bedroom suite. Intimate courtyards connect homes to detached garages with alley access.
“This project is truly at the epicenter of the best of everything Denver has to offer as it is situated between two of the city’s most famous parks – Cheesman and Congress Park,” said Carl Koelbel, Vice President of Koelbel and Company, overseeing Koelbel Communities. “The homes offer a modern design aesthetic while maintaining the historical integrity of the Wyman Historic District.”
Pricing for the Vine row homes start in the mid $600’s. Three distinct floor plans range from approximately 2,000 to 2,400 square feet.
