Located in Parker, CO, Pine Bluffs Plaza is a neighborhood multi-tenant retail shopping center sitting on 10.6 acres of land patiently held since 1999. The development is located on the NE corner of Parker Road and Hess Road which is a key thoroughfare in the area. Due to the site’s topography and recent development, the project will have unobstructed western facing views of the mountains with ample patio space available to tenants to capitalize on the view.
