As the first residential real estate community built under the newly formed ‘Koelbel Communities’, the eighteen new homes built at LoHi Court were meticulously planned and designed to be contemporary without the exorbitant price tag often associated with central Denver living.

The eclectic mix of traditions in styles in the LoHi urban neighborhood made a modern architectural approach very appealing.
