Affordable Housing and Amenities for Comfortable Senior Living

Our mission to deliver affordable housing in Colorado continues with a new affordable senior housing rental community in Lone Tree.

This 101-unit project is being constructed in the RidgeGate Central Village Couplet District and is to be completed by May 2026. Future residents will enjoy one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 594 to 1,073 sq. ft. which feature a full kitchen, in-unit washers and dryers, as well as individually controlled heating and cooling. RidgeGate Senior will also offer a range of community amenities including a rooftop community room with outdoor amenity space, secured access, fitness room with yoga studio, a wrap-around covered patio, and a lobby-level lounge with coffee bar. In addition, the property is located adjacent and directly connected to the future Badger Gulch Park and a short distance from RTD’s RidgeGate Station. Residents will be able to freely access RidgeGate Station via Lone Tree’s ‘Link on Demand’ service, a free wheelchair accessible shuttle provided by the city that makes it an ideal mode of transportation for seniors.

Adjacent amenities include Skyridge Medical Center, Park Meadows Mall, Super Target, Lone Tree Recreation Center, Douglas County Library, and Lone Tree Arts Center. The development lies within the Lone Tree City Center sub-area plan, a master planned community aiming to create a pedestrian friendly environment with numerous amenities and employment opportunities. This Master Development will eventually span 32 city blocks, with up to 10 million square feet of office, hotel, residential, retail, dining, and entertainment offerings — all walkable to the Lone Tree City Center Rail Station. Lone Tree is a city that continues to grow, offering residents an array of parks and open spaces that make up a quarter of the city’s acreage.
