Who You’ll Be Working With

John Dutch, Director of Purchasing
John oversees product development with a focus on constructability and value engineering. He negotiates strategic partnerships with reputable suppliers and manufacturers to build quality homes for the lasting enjoyment of Koelbel buyers. John’s more than three decades of experience in residential construction spans framing, project supervision, product design/development, purchasing, and management. Prior to joining Koelbel in 2016, John spent 17 years with Writer/Standard Pacific Homes.

 

Brennan Costley, Purchasing Agent

Brennan helps purchase equipment, materials, and subcontracting services for Koelbel’s many construction projects. Before working for Koelbel, Brennan served as operations manager, operations coordinator, and purchasing agent for a variety of firms including home builders, a commercial landscaping provider, and a biosciences research company.

 

Michael Snider, Purchasing Agent

Michael has worked on both the construction and procurement side of homebuilding for 15 years, from construction manager to purchasing. He negotiates contracts and develops and manages trade relations throughout the vertical homebuilding process.
